As a provider to some of Australia’s biggest companies and government departments, we understand the importance of keeping your information safe which is why we've introduced opt-in two-factor authentication.
You can enable two-factor authentication within the Streem platform by selecting Account from the drop-down menu next to your initials and clicking on 'Enable'.
From here, you can choose 'SMS', 'Email' or 'QR Code' to authenticate your Sign In. Once you have chosen your preferred method, select OK.
To finalise two-factor authentication, you will need to use the code sent to you via SMS or Email, or scan the QR Code and enter the code provided.
You can disable two-factor authentication at any time by selecting Account from the drop-down menu drop-down menu next to your initials and clicking on 'Disable'.
You will then be sent a code via your preferred authentication method to verify disabling two-factor authentication for the platform. Once the code is verified, two-factor authentication will be disabled.
