Streem makes it easy to connect your Social Media accounts to ensure you can manage and control your social calendar.
Connecting your social accounts
Navigate to the set-up page by clicking on your initials at the top left corner of the Organisation, and then to the Integrations tab. Note: You must be a 'Super' user to be able to connect new social accounts to the Platform.
Additionally, if you have not connected any Social Media accounts, the Engage page will have the option for you to do so and take you to the Integrations page.
Accounts can be added for Facebook, Instagram, X | Twitter, and LinkedIn. After selecting a platform, the user will enter their username and password in a separate tab and then return to Streem Social Engage.
Managing social accounts
To manage your connected social accounts, click on the Manage Integrations button on the bottom right of each Social Media type. Select Update Integrations to refresh any tokens or add new accounts. Please note: an authentication process will have to be followed before landing on the options.
Add a new account by navigating to the Add Accounts tab:
To remove an account, click on the ellipsis and select Remove Integration:
